Last updated: May 10, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Toronto Wallpaper Installation, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Toronto Wallpaper Installation provides Wallpaper Installation Services including:
- Specialty & Luxury Wallpaper Installation
- Commercial Wallpaper Installation
- Custom Mural Installation
- Wallpaper Removal
- Wall Preparation & Repair
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are in CAD and are valid for 30 days from issue. Final pricing depends on the actual scope of work, condition of substrates, and material specifics. Any change to the scope after the quote is issued may affect the price; any change will be communicated and confirmed in writing before proceeding.
4. Booking and Deposit
Project bookings may require a deposit to secure the install date. Deposit terms are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to our cancellation policy below.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled install date are eligible for full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the install date may forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations may also be subject to a labor fee.
6. Materials
Toronto Wallpaper Installation installs wallpaper. We do not sell wallpaper. Materials are sourced separately by you, your designer, or, at your request, coordinated through us with the supplier you specify. Material defects (printing errors, dye-lot variation discovered on opening, manufacturing flaws) are addressed in coordination with the supplier and are not the installer's liability.
7. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our installation work with a 100% satisfaction commitment. If a seam lifts, a panel fails, or any aspect of our installation falls short due to our work, we return and correct it. This guarantee covers installation defects, not material defects.
8. Insurance and Liability
We carry $2 to $5 million general liability insurance and WSIB Ontario clearance. Certificates of Insurance are provided on request for commercial bids. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence; we are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
9. Site Conditions
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and reasonable site access for our crews. Any site conditions discovered during the project that materially affect scope (substrate damage not visible during quoting, additional removal layers, structural issues) will be communicated and any scope change confirmed before work proceeds.
10. Photography and Portfolio
We may photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing use. We will obtain your consent before using any identifiable photos. Photos that show the installed work without identifying you or your home may be used without further consent.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always available at this URL.
